Whatever this is, it's not working

I was redirected to their website on LinkedIn, but that website didn't work on mobile. So I downloaded the app as they suggested, and the app is most definitely not working either. There isn't even a job search option. What is this thing, and who approved it to the App Store?

Horrible

It will not allow you to save submissions or changes due to a software bug rendering the app useless and unable to apply for anything that requires this service.

Does this work?!

I registered and The search category didn't have no results and when I log out I can't log back in. So possibly all that resume info is lost and I maybe have to do it over again. Just trying to get another brand ambassador job and this app doesn't help.

Core Location Framework

Launch Services
