K. Bell
K. Bell Socks was founded in 1979 by Karen Bell as a small business based in Los Angeles, California. A creative entrepreneur at an early age, Karen used her fashion sense and determination to create fun fashionable socks and tights with her signature K. Bell charm and appeal. From humble beginnings K. Bell has grown into a multi-million dollar business with an international customer base and a strong retail presence. In 2012, Karen was joined by Greg Matson, former Senior VP of Sales, as the COO and additional force behind the current growth and success of K. Bell. This alliance has allowed K. Bell to evolve from a specialty design house into an innovative supplier of branded and private label products. K. Bell Socks has a reputation for great designs and a quality product. We currently sell to major retailers on an international level as well as high end specialty shops throughout the country. Licenses for both Laurel Burch and The Girls socks add colorful fun to our product mix. In December 2010, K. Bell was acquired by Renfro Corporation. Renfro Corporation manufactures and distributes socks worldwide. Renfro purchased K. Bell Socks to further enhance growth opportunities on many retail levels. It offers socks for men, women, boys, girls, toddlers, and infants. The company engages in consumer packaging design and function and is the largest hosiery company in the world.
