Utterly useless

No matter how many attempts it would not plan a route. Apple Maps or Google Maps are a much better solution.

Worst app ever ( in comic book guys voice )

I'm sure they will get they're poop together and work out the bugs, but for now, it's just going to eat up your memory Don't bother, Apple and Google maps haven't let me down. Use that instead.

Total Crap. Close to Worthless.

**NEW METRO RIDERS BE WARE!** I have used Metro Transit as my sole transportation for over 20 years, so I am relatively familiar with many routes, and even interconnected routes, to get to various destinations all over the city core. I have used the Trip Planner page at Metro's site often and it often gives completely extraneous and very frustrating/unnecessary routing to get to simple destinations, but this app takes it to a new level of annoyance. Even after tweaking the settings for preferred walking/transfers/etc, it recommended routes taking me many blocks out of my way to connect to a bus that would get me to a stop where I would then have to walk longer to my intended destination, or would incur additional costs for light rail/street car. Case in point: if I want to go from West Magnolia to Capitol Hill, I KNOW I can take a #33 to Denny Way & 2nd Ave and then switch to a #8 without taking even a step, and end up on Broadway with no problem...it takes 29 mins & costs me $2.50. HOWEVER...this POS app's first choice recommended route was to take a #33 all the way downtown (as it turned into #124), get off at Pike St and switch to the LINK light rail at University St station., landing me at Broadway & John St a full 39 minutes later...for a total cost of $4.75. And that was the easiest/most direct/fewest transfers route it gave me...with no mention of #33 to #8 as an option whatsoever. This is par for the course for almost every trip I have tested it with. It's like the designer/algorithm doesn't even know the available routes themselves, or even the Seattle streets. FIX IT!!

It has never worked for me

I moved further out for more affordable rent and I downloaded this application to help me find more affordable ways to work and this app has never worked. I am forced to use my smartphone browser to use their website. This is just pathetic when you think of all the people out there that cannot afford a smartphone and this app not working

Good solid app

This app tells you what buses, etc., to use to get where you want to go. It seems to work with timetables, not real-time location information. For real-time info about whether you will catch your bus, use OneBusAway. You will be upset and you may write a lousy review for this app if you expect it to something it isn't meant to do. Use it if you're not sure how to get where you want to go. OneBusAway is not good for that. But I'm not going to write a lousy review for OneBusAway, because that's not what it's for. Use Trip Planner and OneBusAway together. That's what I do, and I get around Seattle with minimal frustration and zero parking angst.

Withdraw and reissue when working

This app is always having technical difficulty. Have not been able to use it once! Why would you release a mostly non functioning app? I think you should withdraw it, get your act together and then release it with a new name and logo.
