The creation of Kinstellar, in November 2008 from the Bratislava, Bucharest, Budapest and Prague offices of Linklaters, launched a new era in the legal world of Emerging Europe. The first step in the implementation of these development plans came in 2010 with the establishment of a presence in Belgrade and Istanbul, followed in 2013 by the opening of an office in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in 2014 of an office in Sofia, Bulgaria and in March 2016 of a new office in Kyiv, Ukraine.
