Made an order in November, it never arrived
Made an order in November (some clothes for my dog, winter was coming and also I wanted to test the site). Needless to say that the order never ever arrived. Wrote to them but received kind of a formal answer, pre prepared, blaming the covid crisis. Giving the the fact that I only ordered online for the past 8 months the excuse is just that, a lame excuse, a shield for their untrustworthy and unorganized site. Any other site did a decent job, the latest I would receive a package was 2 weeks. LightInTheBox? Well, never, I NEVER received the package. Super disappointed. Never again.

SCAM!!!
When I payed for my order it said it should arrive with in the next few days of my order, but it’s been 15 days and it just says “Payment received”. You guys can’t even ship my package or give me any updates, but you have no problem taking my money. I find it interesting how I’m not the only one who has this problem, yet it hasn’t been fixed.
