Nothing but error messages when trying to make an account

Error

Upon opening, an error displays saying: "There's a problem connecting to the service" I'm not able to access anything in the app. Displays the same error regardless of the connection I'm using.

offline?

the apps says am offline and need to be connected to internet while i got wifi connection and am logged in moreover i cannot find my unclaimed rewards wonder where they are?

Can not stamp again

Even connected internet wifi, app said no connection. That why cannot stamp anymore. Please update it. I am using iPhone6 plus iOs8.3
