EVERY TIME I TRY TO BUY SOMETHING USING A COUPON, IT SAYS THERE IS AN ERROR PURCHASING???

I buy from this app very often, I've gotten some great bargains. The only thing I don’t like is having to scroll through a bunch of items that have been sold. It would be nice for those items to be removed after they are sold.

Cant even use a visa prepaid card.

1.customer support is machines they should get a phone number for support 2.takes FOREVER to get your money from what you made 3.selling feee takes way to much from you 4.they suspend your account if you talk about meeting in person 5. they suspend you for NO REASON 6. Very hard to sell unless you sell for DIRT cheap 7.customer support takes FOREVER to respond 8. You can’t offer a lower price without getting blocked from the person 🙄 9.shipping is way to high it could be lower 10. They ban you for having more than ONE ACCOUNT 11. Customer support takes 1 day to respond to your message even though it is urgent and also I am seeing before this app was rated a 3.2 ans now a 4.7 because only the people that have had the app for 1 week are reviewing it IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE APP DO NOT RATE IT YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL GET WORSE IN TIME 12. Also I have had complaints from customers saying that the coupon isn’t working even though I reduced the price the coupons sometimes don’t work 13. 4 boxes to take only 4 pics to upload isn’t enough there should be AT LEAST 6. 4 is NOT enough 14. I know I have already said that it takes forever to get your money but I didn’t explain so if you want to transfer the money there is a selling fee 🙄 which is $3 and if you don’t transfer it on Sunday but on a Monday you have to wait exactly ONE WEEK for them to only start PROCESSING THE PAYMENT then you have to wait another FIVE DAYS to get your money so TWO FRICKEN WEEKS TO JUST GET YOUR MONEY 15. They don’t allow you to use emojis in private messaging 16. They don’t allow you to give personal info like your number or email so you can send them more pics since on mercari you can only take 4 pictures 17. Also none of the devolopers are responding to this rating and I have MANY issues they can at least explain to me the devolpers only respond to people that have minor issues with the app or if they love the app like are you serious 🙄 DEVOLPERS ANSWER MINE I HAVE ALMOST 20 PROBLEMS WITH THIS APP

GOT SCAMMED OUT OF A $400 ITEM AND THEY'RE NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. DONT USE THIS APP AND STIR AWAY

Alright so I've been a seller on mercari for about a year now and have sold quite a lot of stuff. I honestly really like it but there are SO many things that need to change. If they changed them then this app would be perfect. First of all the reason I'm writing this review is because I am sick and tired of mercari telling you to ship. They apparently want you to ship 3 days after the purchase and if you don't they won't leave you alone. I get emails and notifications to ship items. 3 days is ridiculous. I sell online as a job and sell on multiple platforms and have been doing it for about 7 years and I've always shipped once a week. Plus the post office isn't that close to me so you have to think about gas money too. I've never had anyone complain about the shipping time. It would be insane to ship every 3 days. Especially if you don't sell a lot. What a waste of time and gas money. It is beyond annoying and want to scream at my phone every time I see the "don't forget to ship" I KNOW. They NEED to at least change it to 5 days. That's still really quick. The other thing I hate is that you can't bump up your posts so if you want people to see them then you have to relisted. If there was an option to bump them up then I would make at least 10Xs more sales. I mostly use mercari and depop and you can bump up posts on depop and I sell like crazy on there. And you can't delete messages which is super annoying. Also you can get banned easily and for stupid reasons. My cousin got banned for something they posted and it wasn't even bad. We couldn't find a reason why. I mentioned depop on my post and they sent me a warning. I couldn't believe it. So be careful what you write. I use this app every single day and I'm grateful that it has helped me get some money but honestly if they just changed the 3 day shipping thing then I would like it a million times more. I always tell my customers on mercari I ship once a week and no one has ever had a problem with it.
