Awesome customer service

I have bought several things on Poshmark and haven’t had Any issues at all compared to me getting used items, items that aren’t authentic, etc from Mercari. The only thing that keeps me from buying on here is the flat shipping rate of 7.11! That’s super expensive when all you buy is a mascara or eyeliner that the most should be 3.25. So maybe you all could fix this so buying one item doesn’t cost a fortune.

SCAM!!!! Apple should drop this app!

Do NOT use this app! Please do your research on people who have used this app to sell items. They offer a “guarantee” that the items you purchase will be as advertised or you will be refunded. I purchased a $2,000 bag that arrived with damages and they offered me a $180 posh credit! They have not honored their written guarantee. They support scammers because they get a commission regardless. Now I have to sue them to get my money back! Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company.
