Best investment management application

I have been using Moneyfarm for over 3 years now and couldn’t be happier with my choice. Decent returns on my portfolio helped me to jump on the property ladder. The app is really good as well, intuitive and well designed. It got better and better over time. Wish Moneyfarm was also available in Poland, their fees are way below what financial services offer here (the most expensive in EU :/)!

Great concept. Poor app

Returning to the app after initial setup I am unable to login from any device. It says "oops something went wrong" it would have been f**king "oops If I'd just deposited a £50k investment! Lost my trust in this now.

To be improved

I enjoy using this app and saw decent return rates. However the withdrawal process seems clouded in mystery, there's no idea how long the money takes once removed from your account to reach your bank account. This frankly isn't good enough. Especially with BACS payments. Requesting a withdrawal to your bank account can take over a week, inexplicably.

Getting there

Over the last 3 months the app has really come along - however a few niggles remain. When funding your account the option to have funding go to your cash account is missing. Meaning you have to use the website unless you want to directly fund a portfolio. A nice addition would be to have avg rate of growth overtime for your portfolios, not just the point in time performance. Third and final ask would be integration with MoneyDashboard - that would be a huge win.

Great concept, execution needs work

Good looking app, funding process unclear. I don't do online banking so it's a bit frustrating that you have to wait up to 10 work days for direct debit funds to clear into Available Cash, then you have to put it into your portfolio. In contrast, a similar app, Moneybox, allows you to open your a/c with a debit card and an NI number. A similar feature would improve things greatly. I love the graphs showing the percentages of what you would be investing into. The fees graph is confusing though. It looks like the Moneyfarm fees are higher than industry average.

Core Location Framework

Launch Services
