About
Municipal Credit Union has been serving the financial needs of our members since 1916. The credit union was chartered in response to the concern of New York City Mayor, John Purroy Mitchel, who wanted city employees to have a way to save at reasonable rates and a low cost borrowing alternative to loan sharks.
MCU started out with one branch in the Municipal building using handwritten ledgers. At the end of the first year, nineteen charter account holders had combined deposits of $570. Today, we have 17 branches, more than 400,000 members and over $2.5 billion in assets.
Our corporate mission is to build lifetime quality financial relationships with each member by providing competitive products and excellent service.

Horrible.No bill pay for over a month
I joined this service and downloaded the app for convenience and benefits but its horrible for paying bills. Even the desktop isn't work for bill pay. Don't bother with the app.

This apps is totally useless and it's getting worse and worse whenever they made a change in design.

Generally okay
Decent app that lets me view my account balances and transfer money when needed.
One thing I don't understand is the loss of viewing transaction history. The app used to have this feature and now never shows anything. I can go view this via the web and that ultimately defeats the purpose.
Please fix this feature.

Why ? Just why?
App used to work great an occasional crash here and there like once every 20 times However now it's terrible can't even get to see my funds or log in because it crashes soon as it opens... PHONE IS UP TO DATE SO IS THE APP

Still a really bad app!
Bad design & programming overall.
I dont understand why their type is so small? I look at screenshots of similar financial apps and MCU is number one in having tiny text size. Nobody else comes close. Did accessibility played any role in the app's design?
