App does not work

Purchased a new iPhone 12 Pro Max and the ACU app DOES NOT WORK. Upon trying to login in, it wants to validate my identity... great but the “text” option is grayed out... I select for it to call me, it looks like it calls, but my phone never rings therefore I cannot validate my identity which renders this app useless on the NEW PHONE. Yes, I have deleted and reinstalled the app a number of times...still DOES NOT WORK. I can only access my account online.

Easy

Of all the banking applications I’ve ever used this by far is the simplest, and the easiest to be able to access anytime anyplace. While I’m driving if I need to find an ATM that is very easily done. The application has helped me continue to maintain my account for over 13 years.

Forget those big banks that charge you fees out the ying yang. I’ve been with ACU over 25 years and they have saved my bacon on numerous occasions. I love this credit union!
