It all started in 1987, in a suburb of Johannesburg called Rosettenville. A man named Fernando Duarte invited Robbie Brozin to a humble eatery to try some mouth watering PERi-PERi chicken. The rest, as they say, is history. Five years later, NandoÕs landed in the UK. When it did, we made a decision: to put as much passion into our people, as we do our chicken. ThatÕs because, as extraordinary as it may sound, chicken alone doesnÕt make us who we are. ItÕs the people that make the chicken.
