Faulty app

My daughter is a HS senior and we use NCSA to get in touch with soccer college coaches , unfortunately we get messages 5 days after being sent to us , biews not showing etc , it is very critical that NCSA fixes this app asap , we are losing opportunities due to this app and its problems This is UNACCEPTABLE

The website and company is GREAT

NCSA is full of nice people that help you get to where you need and show you the tools you can use. However, the app seems to be poorly put together. I would see that I have a new follow by a coach or team and then tap on it just for it to have nothing there. Not sure if this is a glitch or not but it seems that my app gathers the notifications but doesn't let me see them when I check recent activity. Other than that NCSA IS AWESOME
