I have shopped using this app 2 times. My first experience went great! My 2 experience... not so great. I placed an order through the app which included 3 items on 1/12/17. I received 1 of the 3 items. The other 2 items were delivered to an address located in Tyler, Texas, I have no relationship with?!??? These two items were a purchased for my husbands 7 year old twin daughters birthdays. The birthdays were last weekend, and the gifts are still in Tyler, Texas. I will update this review when and if I actually find a CSR who can assist me.
