Patientkeeper
It started nearly 20 years ago with a simple observation: physicians need an easier way to access and work with patient information. Long before the popularization of electronic health records and the advent of Meaningful Use incentives, PatientKeeper was a pioneer, offering physicians a single view of their patientsÍ information, integrated from multiple systems across a hospital, and easily accessible on computers and mobile devices. Since then, PatientKeeper has become a leading provider of healthcare applications for physicians, with: > more than 60,000 active physician users at community hospitals, academic medical centers and other provider organizations; > applications for CPOE, charge capture, documentation, sign-out, and more; > a native mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android devices that lets physicians access and act on information, anytime, anywhere; and > a unique ñoverlayî architecture that integrates with a hospitalÍs current systems, preserves an organization's existing IT investment, and provides a platform for IT innovation that will accommodate future applications and technology advances. Now PatientKeeper is raising the bar again, developing a healthcare IT innovation platform that will advance the use of computers by physicians and care teams, and make them indispensable tools for 21st century clinical care.

Description:

PatientKeeper’s mobile app supports physicians’ clinical workflow and provides anytime, anywhere access to aggregated clinical data from disparate backend systems. The PatientKeeper Mobile Platform overlays your existing hospital systems so physicians can easily access clinical results, view enterprise PACS images, enter orders, enter charges and perform other clinical workflows -- all from within a single app on their iPad®, iPhone® or iPod touch®. To access data, your organization needs to be a licensed PatientKeeper customer.

This application will only work in conjunction with a hospital or physician practice PatientKeeper installation. For log in information, please contact your organization’s PatientKeeper representative or click the link below to request a demonstration.

With PatientKeeper’s Mobile Platform, physicians can:
• Enter lab, medication, diagnostic imaging, dietary, consult, and other orders.
• Enter charges for each patient visit/encounter. Easily identify visits with missing charges.
• Review and manage an accurate, up-to-date patient list.
• Access and trend lab results from hospital-based and community laboratories.
• Review radiology, microbiology, and pathology test results.
• Seamlessly access enterprise PACS images directly from the image report within a single app.
• Review medication lists (including IV meds) and see a history of discontinued meds. Review patients’ complete dispensing history (including doses not given).
• View all clinical notes including admit, progress, consult, discharge, and operative notes.
• Review an at-a-glance presentation of temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, and other vital signs as well as input/output measurements.
• Review a patient’s known allergies, including substance, type (drug, food, or environment) and a description of any reaction.
• And much more

Access to Clinical data

This is a good app to view clinical data. It is user friendly and smart. A little slow to sync and load though.

Crashes CONSTANTLY at login. Overall USELESS

If it every worked without continuously deleting and reinstalling, it might be marginally useful. The few times it stays open past login, it shows glimmers of potential but it is clear that no clinicians were involved in its design. Would go back to drawing board or, at the very least, fix crashing bugs. Negative stars for now.
Launch Services
macOS Launch Services is an API that enables a running app to open other apps or their document files, similar to the Finder or the Dock.Launch Services eliminates apps having to query the Finder to open an app, document, or URL for them. The macOS Finder itself uses Launch Services to perform such tasks. Because the Finder performs no additional processing beyond calling Launch Services, any client using Launch Services for these purposes behaves identically to the Finder.
CFNetwork
Access network services and handle changes in network configurations. Build on abstractions of network protocols to simplify tasks such as working with BSD sockets, administering HTTP and FTP servers, and managing Bonjour services.
Core Foundation Framework
Core Foundation is a framework that provides fundamental software services useful to application services, application environments, and to applications themselves. Core Foundation also provides abstractions for common data types, facilitates internationalization with Unicode string storage, and offers a suite of utilities such as plug-in support, XML property lists, URL resource access, and preferences.
Core Graphics
The Core Graphics framework is based on the Quartz advanced drawing engine. It provides low-level, lightweight 2D rendering with unmatched output fidelity. You use this framework to handle path-based drawing, transformations, color management, offscreen rendering, patterns, gradients and shadings, image data management, image creation, and image masking, as well as PDF document creation, display, and parsing.
Foundation Framework
The Foundation framework provides a base layer of functionality for apps and frameworks, including data storage and persistence, text processing, date and time calculations, sorting and filtering, and networking. The classes, protocols, and data types defined by Foundation are used throughout the macOS, iOS, watchOS, and tvOS SDKs.
Quartz Core Framework
Allow users to browse, edit, and save images, using slideshows and Core Image filters. The Quartz Composer API supports processing and rendering graphical data and allows developers to create custom patches for the Quartz Composer developer tool. ImageKit provides user interface support for browsing, editing, and saving images, showing slideshows, and browsing and previewing Core Image filters. PDFKit is a technology that allows applications to display and manipulate PDF documents.
Security Framework
Secure the data your app manages. Protect information and control access to your app.
System Configuration F...
This collection of documents describes the programming interfaces of the System Configuration framework. The System Configuration framework provides functions that determine the reachability of target hosts in both a synchronous and an asynchronous manner. It also provides error detection facilities.
UIKit
The UIKit framework (UIKit.framework) provides the crucial infrastructure needed to construct and manage iOS apps. This framework provides the window and view architecture needed to manage an app’s user interface, the event handling infrastructure needed to respond to user input, and the app model needed to drive the main run loop and interact with the system.
Core Location Framework
The Core Location framework lets you determine the current location or heading associated with a device. The framework uses the available hardware to determine the user’s position and heading. You use the classes and protocols in this framework to configure and schedule the delivery of location and heading events. You can also use it to define geographic regions and monitor when the user crosses the boundaries of those regions. In iOS, you can also define a region around a Bluetooth beacon.
