HOW DOES IT WORK?
Request a visit: Open the Teladoc app to request a visit. Then, provide a brief medical history and associated information about your medical concern, and pay a copay as low as $0 (with insurance) or a flat fee (without).

Talk to a doctor: Within minutes, a board-certified doctor reviews your medical history and submitted images and contacts you via phone, video or message center. Teladoc visits have no waiting room and no time limit; you can speak to the doctor for as long as you’d like.

Pick up prescription: A Teladoc doctor will listen to and discuss medical concerns with you, offer answers and recommend a treatment plan. If medically necessary, a prescription can be submitted to a local pharmacy of your choice.

HOW DO I GET TELADOC?
Teladoc is a service provided to you as a benefit through your employer, health insurance or other organization. This is the worst app. I rescheduled around my appointment time and I found out SEVEN minutes before the appointment that the doctor couldn’t see me.

Disappointed

I was on hold in the waiting room for an hour!!! Then Doc Charles Sineri hung up on me, twice! It said both times he was reviewing my file, the fist time he dumped me back into the queue, the second it cancelled the call. I’m extremely disappointed in this service.

Don’t waste your money on a visit. All they do it tell you to go see a doctor, urgent care, or ER.

Not dependable

I’ve had 5/6 therapists cancel appointments on me last minute . They show “available” times that aren’t actually the providers availability. It’s almost impossible to find someone to talk to.
