Description:

The University Clinical Aptitude Test (UCAT) is used in the selection process by the majority of UK University Medical and Dental Schools and by a consortium of leading universities in Australia and New Zealand (under the name UCAT ANZ).

The Official UCAT Practice App is a free preparation resource which allows you to familiarise yourself with the question styles in each subtest and can be used in addition to the fully timed practice tests on the UCAT website to help you prepare thoroughly for your test.

The app includes new questions for the Verbal Reasoning, Decision Making, Quantitative Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning and Situational Judgement subtests which you can choose to practise either as a random quiz or in specific subtest Question Banks.

Prior to 2019 the UCAT (University Clinical Aptitude Test) was known as the UKCAT. Whilst the name has changed, the test content remains the same.

The app has stopped working!!! Only the short random quizzes are functional. Help, please! Test on 13th, October 2015.

Dissappointing

Not good enough since it's a paid app. Content is very limited, there's no timer which is a huge component of the UKCAT test. Also content is repeated after about 5 goes on the app. Don't buy this.

Used to be great...!

This used to be a fabulous asset to help practice during short periods of general free time such as commuting or just before bed. Unfortunately, the new update caused some internal coding problems and now the app doesn't work at all. Its only use now is for generating blank white pages. If anyone affiliated with the UKCAT reads this, I think I can speak for hundreds of students when I say that we would all welcome a fix to this app.

Accounts Framework
The Accounts framework provides access to user accounts stored in the Accounts database. An account stores the login credentials of a particular service, such as Twitter, that can be used as authentication for the service. By implementing the Accounts framework into your app, you do not need to be responsible for storing account logins yourself. Instead, the user can grant access for your app to use their account login credentials, bypassing the need to type their username and password. If no account for a particular service exists in the user’s Accounts database, you can let them create and save an account from within your app.
Address Book
The Address Book framework provides access to a centralized contacts database, called the Address Book database, that stores a user’s contacts. Applications such as Mail and Messages use this database to present information about known and unknown persons.

In iOS and OS X, the Photos framework (formerly known as Assets Library framework) provides classes that support building photo editing extensions for the Photos app. In iOS, the Photos framework also provides direct access to the photo and video assets managed by the Photos app, including the iCloud Photo Library.
