Founded in 1991 by Anthony Preston Pets at Home is the UKÍs largest pet retailer with over 400 stores across the UK and a growing business with plans to open over 20 stores this year. As well as our stores we offer a number of other services including; the Groom Room at Pets At Home, Veterinary Practices (Companion Care and Vets4Pets) and a strong online offer. We also work strongly with our local communities and have in store rescue centres. In 2015 we were delighted to be voted in the top 20 Best Workplaces with Great Places to Work ¬, and in 2013 we were voted Number 1 in the Sunday Times Best Big Companies to work for, having been voted 2nd in 2012. Our colleagues are central to the success of the business and the 6 values (the first being we put pets before profit"_) are practiced daily across the business. We're always striving to develop and reward our colleagues with an extensive in-house series of training programmes and a comprehensive benefits package.

Could be good but has major bugs

Still not seen any vouchers appear. Other than to be able to scan my phone rather than a card no benefits so far. Have to say I'm getting even more frustrated it's not fixed and appears I'm not alone. Could be so nice, replacing the postal vouchers and emails I get. Down to 1 star for me

Excellent App!

The is an excellent app and a big improvement since the previous app for Pets at Home VIP. It would nice if we could shop through the app and not redirect us to the webpage. Maybe a future change hopefully. I like that I can put a photo of dog and all the personal details!

WASTE OF TIME

Absolutely complete waste of time, get notifications about money of vouchers and they are not their!!!! DONT BOTHER DOWNLOADING!!!!!!!!!

Average...

Add passbook integration, turn it into a shopping app rather then diverting to safari and it might be a worthwhile app. At the moment there is not much point in having the app outside of collecting points with the store card but the benefits of VIP are so poor it's not even worthwhile.

Brilliant service

I have found the pets at home app amazing and helpful! The best part is that if you sign up to be a VIP then you receive great offers such as discounts!!! Over all this is a great app
