Kein Update funktioniert, keine Resetmöglichkeit, sonder als defekt zum Hersteller ! Wenn es kein Weihnachtsgeschenk der Firma wäre würd ich mein Geld zurück verlangen! Nur Schrott das Backbeat muss es jetzt zum zweiten Mal zurück senden....

Nicht mehr zu gebrauchen!

Seit dem neuen Update sind nur Verschlechterungen festzustellen (iPhone SE und iPad mini). Man wird auf den Trackwechsel durch die Stimme aufmerksam gemacht, das nervt. Die Verbindung zu dem Gerät wird unterbrochen, wenn die App der Audio-Ausgabe gewechselt wird. Die Wiederabe auf das Headset zu übertragen und nicht auf die Lautsprecher des Telefons dauert länger als früher. Ständig wird meiner Umgebung mein Musikgeschmack für 2 sek präsentiert. Die Gummiummantelung des HS reißt relativ früh auf.

Poor garbage

Can't finish the firmware update it attempted. So now headphones are unusable. Tried several times and keeps cutting out the connection half way through. Pretty bad considering how expensive theses headphones are!!!

Don't install the app and update your earbuds!!!

This is my 2nd pair that have stopped working. They work/pair just fine. Then I download the app, update the firmware, and poof! The earbuds don't work at all. Lame!!! I am running latest iOS 10 version on iPhone 7.

Works

Lots of negative reviews based on version updates. I have an ip6 and recently bought my BBfit headphones. Updated them successfully 16 Jan 2017 and they are fully functional. The app is handy only to remember controls functions and the ability to switch phone control and connection if you have multiple phones paired.
