You lied took my money and block my account. I called twice and my money is gone. Plus my account is still locked after I called 05/19/2021 the woman on the phone said my account was unlocked. Lies I also received a email saying my account was unlocked. Again lies. I want My Money back.

Can’t protect you

I tried to sign in the agent on the phone was unable to help she transferred me to a supervisor that wasn’t able to help me to sign in to my account and finally she told me that the problem will be solved in 3-5 days that means I will not be able to access my credit account to monitor my credit for 5 days Be aware you are better off with a different and more readable company

New Login says invalid

I just created and paid for this app and not even 15 minutes went by before it wouldn’t let me login to unfreeze my TU so I can just lock and unlock it myself. This really needs to be shut down by the Developers especially after seeing all the paying customers complaining about the same everyday issues. As a business owner I would never do my paying customers this way ever.....This app is a SCAM!!!!

They make it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. Been trying for 20 minutes. Everything on the app works perfectly fine until you click the “cancel subscription” button and then I keep being given an error message. Scam

It’s $20 a month and you can only update every 4 months? Are you people insane? That’s basically $80 to get your scores. What a freaking rip off. I can’t wait for the government to finally get rid of all you scammy credit bureaus. You people shouldn’t even be allowed to know what my social is. So ridiculous.
