Horrible app

Extremely horrible app. Shameful to have such a unreliable banking app. Majority of the time the app gives a error message saying “Can’t connect to server”. Terrible.

Worst app ever

Te server is always down ! I can never log on and if I do then there is an error that I end up using my laptop. When I call customer service they suggest use the laptop instead of fixing the problem for the mobile app !!! I don’t what era this app is from!! Useless

Face ID and navigation

Face ID is missing. QNB also needs to improve with navigation, font sizes, look and feel.

And usually i can’t do anything even if I logged in because anything i choose to do it gives this message “cannot connect to server” ! Poor app! I’m considering going to another bank because online and app services are very important.
