The Serviceplan Group is the largest owner and partner-managed agency group in Europe. Dr. Peter Haller and Rolf O. Stempel launched the agency in Munich in 1970 with two employees and one customer. Together, they believed in a new type of agency: interdisciplinary, holistic and integrated. The project's name expressed this. Serviceplan has been growing continuously since then. Each House of Communication combines all modern communication disciplines under one roof Ð all working together.

Around 40 specialist companies are combined under the umbrella of the Serviceplan Group, and they can be divided into five major agency brands: Mediaplus founded in 1983 for national and international media planning and purchasing, followed in 1986 by Facit market research and Plan.Net in 1997, which is the digital agency of the Group, covering the entire online segment. Just 2016 Serviceplan Solutions established as the group for efficient communications solutions.
