OnBoard is your enterprise control center. OnBoard is a sophisticated hub for communication for small and large organizations to maintain contact information, organization charts, and communicate to people or groups with just a click. OnBoard’s is a social hub where all your data is centralized and communication is fast and easy.
This version supports the iPhone, but iPad and other devices are coming soon. All of the devices connect to the account you create so anyone in the organization can see the same data and communicate with their own smart phones and tablet devices.
In this version, we have three key features:
Social Address Book – A contact/address book that allows users to update their own information. Unlike Apple’s address book, we support thousands of entries without stealing your memory. Data is always up to date and can be edited by your administrator or by the members.
Organization Chart – Finally, a way to see your organization and communicate to the right person. The organization chart is built into the address book to let you see who the managers and leaders are and communicate to them and their teams.
Communications – You can call, email, or send an instant message to anyone in the organization. We’ll be adding conference calls and video conferencing soon!
We are planning many more features, but if you want something custom, Seven Tablets also does customizations to interface to SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Sales Force and other systems. We also have a wide range of development, device management, and cloud hosting services.
