Smithsonian is Exceptional
I love the Smithsonian channel. It is informative and the topics are interesting. Plus after watching I feel like I learned something new. Topics are moderated in a relax tone and you get caught up wanting to learn more and going on to the next topic. Thank you. I did learn things I didn't know. I would recommend others to look into this channel for its choice of topics and information.

Poor customer service and app.
The interface is confusing A lot of the full episodes are not actually available and i've brought that to their attention and they just ignore it. Don't waste your time

Starting to see issues
Love the programming but recently I'm getting more and more videos that state "unable to play content". Hope this gets resolved as I love the shows they have.

Great app for my iPad
The Smithsonian mobile app works great on my iPad. Has all normal functions like search, list of shows, saved section, etc.
Now the TV app must not be finished because it is totally empty of all things. It lists items available right now, it has no search function and certainly no way to ask for help or to lodge complaints.
I guess I will have to watch only on my iPad....dang it.
