Technical issues and missing workouts
I have a had a few issues where the app simply locks up while syncing. This happens when I navigate to a goal and it just spins endlessly while trying to update.
Also, there are missing workout types that are causing g me to miss credit for the work I do, such as Stand Up Paddle Board. You have Golf and Housework, but are missing actual workout activities. My watch records my paddle boarding activities, and it shows up I’m not the Fitness app and the Health app, but doesn’t sync to Sprout.

You’ve shot yourself in the foot.
The most recent “update” stinks. Why must I return to the Home Screen for each and every entry? We were able to “stack”’our activities before submitting them until this aberration of an update came out. I’ve notified my employer that I won’t do it. You’ve made the process three times as long. You obviously aren’t using your own software.

App doesn’t open
Latest update has the app hanging and never opening.
