Love Stitch Fix

I am loving Stitch Fix! My first box was so completely my style I bought all the pieces, which was great because if you buy all the pieces you get a discount. And I am addicted to the app! You can pin styles you like, take style quizzes, like pieces, and message your stylist. I can never find stuff I like in stores and I hate shopping for clothes. The way they ask questions to get your personal style perfectly is amazing! My daughter gets an educational surprise box each month, well this is a surprise box for adults! I get so excited to see what’s in my box!

Disappointed

Very disappointed in stitch fix. They don’t look at the notes you send to them. After two years you would think my stylist would know what I like especially when I tell them what I like and don’t like daily. I have another fix in August. If it isn’t better, I will be cancelling.

Style & colour

Can I ask why colour is not taken into account ? Some styles are lovely but not the right colour. I’m a earthy autumn ( ie dull autumn colours - see house of colour website) with colour added to your stitch fix you would up your success rate.

Mediocre

The app itself is fine but the things they send are whack. Of the five items, I keep maybe one item. Several fixes I have selected zero items. Waste of $20 “styling” fee when you choose none of the items..

i LOVE stitch fix but i’m very impatient and it says estimated date but comes 3-5 days later! also idk who has the time to write something long lol...😎🥱

Poor communication.

At first I got some pants and a shirt I really liked. Then they started sending stuff I had specifically told the stylist I did not want. I like my pants high-waisted, and WITH pockets. Other problems as well, that made it clear no one had even looked at my preferences. So I put my orders on hold, to only get a shipment if I actually ordered something. After some communication, I ordered a fix with a new stylist who did a good job; I bought all 5 items. But now I’ve received an email telling me to check items in a fix scheduled for later this month. Now I have to go to the trouble of getting in touch with my credit card company telling them not to approve any charges from this company. I don’t need these headaches. Whoever is responsible for these screw-ups at Stitch-Fix SHOULD BE FIRED. I guess I'll have to cancel my account.
