Horrible! if I could give a negative star I would

I purchased the bottle several months ago and initially it worked fine. After a few months the bottle became less and less efficient. finally the display froze and I could not get it to change no matter how much water I put in it. I called the company and could not get a live representative and left a message for a callback and I am still waiting for that call. I’m sure the app is fine the bottle is the problem!

Good to bad

Was really happy in the beginning very few issues. Until 3 weeks later,then the app stopped working before I even did an iOS update. There is no way to manually add water intake if you don’t use the bottle and doesn’t keep up at all with updates for Fitbit or iOS. Would like to be able to use the bottle properly since it is not a cheap item. Considering the thermos company is a good size Corp. they should have the resources to keep up better than this.

Made a difference

I have really loved my SmarLid water bottle. It has been really great and works well with the app. My only complaint is that it is not double-walled and "sweats" a lot which can be a complain with a lot of water bottles. I like my water ice cold and the outer surfaces tends to drop condensation so I've had to put it in a drink holders to soak up the excess water so it doesn't ruin furniture or papers on my desk.

Doesn't recognize water level, fluids consumed

I have continually have the problem where the water bottle does not recognize the true level of water. It reads the temperature just fine, however it states of the water bottle is always cool no matter how much I drink. It worked the way it supposed to for the first couple weeks and now I've had it for about six months and have not gotten it to work correctly after the first of weeks. I tried all the troubleshooting including recalibrating, deleting and reinstalling the app, and resetting the bottle to factory. Nothing is fixed the problem.

Needs improvement

I can't believe you spend this much on a water bottle and the app is terrible! The battery doesn't tell you when it needs to be charged, there are no notifications to tell you to drink more, there is no way to add water that isn't properly tracked. Many improvements need to be made!

App is awful

I have the exact same feedback as PerfectlyFrank27! The app worked for a week and then it just decided not to work.
