No 800x Support: Absurd
For the 800x to have issues (which it does in plenty) at $300 is absurd. For it to be near impossible to fix those issues is a kick in the face. First and last time customer of turtle beach products here.

Works with my i60
The app is for the i30 and i60 headsets. It won't work with your elites, nor will it edit photos or help with your taxes. It's not an app for those things. It's an app for the i30 and i60.
It's annoying that tapping 'support' leads to a 404 error on their website. Otherwise it works as expected—as long as you have the i30 or i60.
As far as I can tell, the only thing you can do with the app that you can't do with the buttons on the headset is update the firmware, so it's not very useful otherwise. But it does work. …with an i30 or i60.

Works great if you have the right headphones.
There are lots of reviews here where people are upset and rating this app 1 star because it doesn't work with their headphones, but this app was designed specifically for use with the i60 and i30 headphones, and it works great with my i60s. All of the features work, and the headphones sound great so if you have i30 or i60 headphones have no fear, the app works great!
