UFIT is Singapore's largest privately owned fitness organization, offering Personal Training, CrossFit, Bootcamps, Nutrition Packages, Injury Rehabilitation, Body Transformation, Physiotherapy, Education & Academy. UFITÍs runs seven state of the art facilities across the city, firstly a 5000sq ft. studio based on Amoy St in the heart of the CBD, perfectly located for the busy city worker. Secondly a studio in the new business park at One North in the Galaxis building and a 10,000sq ft. CrossFit facility at Turf City. In November '15 UFIT opened CrossFit Tanjong Pagar, the first CBD based CrossFit in the Singapore. In early 2016 we opened The UFIT Clinic in the CBD, a one stop shop for all wellness needs including physio, massage, and sports psychology. Next we opened UFIT at Orchard Road in Jan 17 and most recently a physiotherapy clinic at One north in May 2017. UFITÍs personal trainers are from different backgrounds and levels offering a broad range of skills to suit your individual needs. Experiences include an ex-England Rugby Player, strength coaches, specialists in corrective exercise and trigger point therapy. All clients undergo a posture analysis, a medical, and various movement screens. Body measurements, body-fat, and a fitness tests are also available. UFIT's Bootcamps are functional and fun outdoor sessions in the beautiful parks of Singapore. The 280 monthly bootcamps take place in 12 different locations around Singapore. UFIT also offer nutrition packages in the form of 1-1 programmes as well as our famous Clean and Lean Programme which had over 1200 participants in 2016. A body transformation package is also available. This is a 4-week intensive training programme incorporating a modified Nutrition component and PT. As well as the UFIT Clinic all of our facilities have an in-house Physiotherapist and Corrective Exercise Specialists. We offer a ñpost-surgeryî service. UFIT now also runs UFIT Education an ACE accredited education business.
