Bad service

Never heard of any discount or nothing on a flight that had problems landing from Tijuana to Tepic. Wasn’t able to land in Tepic landed in Puerto Vallarta never gave us a explanation on what was going on then didn’t let us off took us back to Tepic and never never explained what happened nor give us some discount or tickets
