Young Women in Business (YWiB) is a community for emerging female leaders and young professionals who want to create their own success. Recognizing a lack of female representation at networking events, panels, and speaker sessions is what inspired Young Women in Business (YWiB)'s inception, which launched with the first Beyond Pink Conference in 2009. YWiB has since grown into a widely-supported non-profit society for emerging, ambitious female leaders, with city and university chapters spreading across Canada.
