Faulty work. Won't honor warranty
Got my oil changed thru this service. The mechanic apparently lost the gasket on the oil pan plug. The next day, car is leaking oil like crazy. Half quart lost in a week. I call this "company" for warranty. They send someone out to look at it but don't even do a thorough inspection (didn't take the plug out to see if the gasket was missing). He says the leak is something unrelated. They charge an additional $70 for the "inspection" and won't fix the problem. The car didn't leak oil before the work and now there's huge puddles in my driveway. TOTAL SCAM! RUN FROM THIS APP!!

Waste of time
DO NOT USE THIS SITE/APP. I used this app to get a pre purchase inspection on a car I wanted to buy on craigslist. The guy went to the seller earlier than usual but only stayed for 30 minutes and I payed for an hour and 15! What's even more bs is that I went to them again in desperate need and for some reason every time I try to book a service they say that there's " no mechanics in my area" total scam

Does not work at all scam
Used once, just waited for hours and nothing....no call, no mechanic, prices are way off too, called the dealer for pricing and they are either over priced and under priced compared to this fake app

Yourmechanic is a SCAM
This company's service is the worst. They do not actually repair your car, but they dont tell you that. They charge $70 to inspect your car to see whats wrong with it and then tell you they can't get the parts and can't fix it. They also will not schedule a real time, each "appointment" is an hour long window, but they don't tell you that either. Yesterday I had an appointment and the mechanic never showed. Since they don't give you your mechanic's phone #, I couldnt call and just waited for like 45 min in the rain. I finally called the company & they tried to call him but just couldn't get in touch with him?? He never came and never answered their calls. They also have a fake map that always tells you your mechanic is on the way, as if it is tracking him in real time, but it is not.

Repairs are cheaper if done through the website instead
This app works great my only complaint is that when using the app it costs more than when booking the repair through the website.
