Glitchy

Downloaded because of an article I read and I can't even get past the start up. It keeps asking me if I want to allow the app to know my location, no matter what I click it'll ask again. Would have liked to have tried out the app if it worked properly. Installed twice, I wasn't sure if it was my phone but I started up other apps and they worked fine. :(
