Stuck in a survey.
I used this app in 2019 without a problem. Now in 2020, it’s stuck. On the home page it asks me to take a survey. When I click on that link I get an “error “ pop up. I’m trying to finish the listening skills module now, and have completed the 5 steps. But, you have to answer the survey question before you can finish that module and it doesn’t recognize that I’ve completed it and keeps redirecting me to answer the survey question. Deleting and reinstalling the app, powering down and restarting phone... nothing changes.

Always broken!
This app could be so great and useful but it’s not designed right. It is not working and constantly crashes. It’s been three days and still no fix or update. I would like to see them fix the bugs and issues and do so quickly.

Glitchy
Installed with my workplace’s employee health program. So far, app doesn’t work. Logging in took 20 minutes of error messages, and now none of the pathways I’m enrolled in show. App is slow, unresponsive, and throws errors on every refresh. Glad desktop works enough.

Pointless
So this is the most confusing app I’ve ever come across. It’s required by my employer, otherwise I would’ve deleted the second I downloaded it. They have habits for you to perform and then they keep track of how many of these you’ve completed. In a week, I’ve completed all the tasks and yet my progress counter never goes of 10% for the week. Talk about a negative motivation tactic. Pointless to use if you’re trying to better yourself. I’m only using it so my employer sees that I’m using it.

Core Location Framework
