New to the app

Not sure if it's because I never used the old app as I've always gone online to handle my orders (via iPhone) but I've just downloaded the new app and it's great. Same format as going online on my phone. I've never had any troubles and I've been a customer for around 6 months or more.

A step backward

Having been a loyal Aussie Farmers customer for almost 5 years now, I am sad to say this app is a step backwards. It is hard to navigate, steps to add a new item to an order are clunky and it is less flexible to choose which day's order you want the item added to and the frequency (have to go into another screen manually to adjust from weekly to fort nightly or one-off). I preferred the old interface where whenever you selected an item you choose which day to deliver and frequency, then it appeared in your basket for that day...please fix this clunky functionality is driving me crazy!

I was a regular customer of yours until this latest garbage was forced upon me! If you guys are so Utterly clueless that you believe garbage like this app will get you sales, you completely deserve to go bust! If you plan to save yourselves, put it back the old way ASAP!

Useless! Pathetic! A laughable, very unamusing joke!

A tremendous pity negative ratings cannot be given. This pitiful excuse epitomises a level of staggering incompetence and monumental, in-born stupidity no amount of planning could ever hope to emulate! An Accessibility nightmare; a navigational disaster; an unequivocal waste of time! App deleted; back to Aldi and Coles.

New app :-(

Hi, since your new app has no option for me to contact you via the app other than to call, I'll use this avenue to give you feedback. I have been a 2x deliveries/week customer for about 12 months now. I used to recommend your service to all my friends and one if the drawing factors was your quick, easy to navigate, awesome 'old' app. The new app is so awful that I'd never recommend it to anyone anymore!!!!! I loved the old online 'contact us' options if I ever needed to report any problems, now I can only find a phone number; I loved the old order summary which I could look at my previous orders in a clear/concise document and read how much I'd spent in the previous months; I loved previously how you'd add a product, select how many you'd like, choose which of your two delivery dates it was for, and the regularity ALL in one simple step.......NOW it's ridiculous! I'd be interested in you getting feedback on the new app from your longstanding customers, because I'd find it hard to imagine that many of them would be happy with new app as an alternative to the old. It could be improved on 100% if it better mirrored your previous version.
