GETTING STARTED
1. Download the app
2. Register using your Internet Banking login details
3. Set up your 4-9 digit PIN, pattern login or Touch ID (for Touch ID compatible iOS devices) or Face ID (for Face ID compatible devices)

New to this app? You’ll first need to register for Internet Banking. Please go to http://bankvic.com.au/internetbanking or call us on 13 63 73 and we’ll help you get set up.

SECURITY
Your mobile device is a way of accessing BankVic Online Banking, so don’t keep your login information with your mobile device. Get in touch with BankVic immediately if you’ve lost your mobile device or feel that someone may know your login details.
Ensure you log out of the app when you are finished. You can do this by tapping on the padlock icon in the top right hand corner. Once you log out of the app, this ensures no one else can access your account without your 4-9 digit PIN, pattern or Touch ID. Please ensure that you are the only one who has their fingerprint stored on your device.

Worst App I've Ever Used

does not launch further than start up screen and if it does, you have to press buttons constantly for it to work and just crashes. Get an update! Shocking app

Now doesn't load

I have been a user of this app since its launch. Recently in July 2016, it fails to go beyond the first screen on my iPhone. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have updated to the latest operating system and still no joy! It needs urgent attention because I can no longer check balances, etc on the move. OCT 2016. Now I have updated to iPhone 7 and IT STILL DOES NOT WORK!

Was once a good bank

Back when bankvic was police credit it was good, now it's going mainstream but can't keep up with the other banks. The world is about tech and apps but this app is still from the 2000's. It has stopped working and app support goes around in circles, and state it is just a few people that it doesn't work for, so sorry. I could give a 15 yo $150 and he or she could develop a better app than this rubbish. I enjoyed the prehistoric app when it did work I will admit. How about bankvic visit other banking apps, just look at combank they can pay with there phones. How about bankvic try and get in front of the rest of them instead of following.
