What can you do with the BarkBuddy app?
- Browse through thousands of pup profiles. You can get more info about a pup, share it with friends, and save your favorites.
- As you swipe through photos of adorable dogs nearby, the better our recommendations become. Our app looks at the different aspects of your favorite pups to recommend more we think you'll love!
- Learn a little bit about your own canine preferences! We gather stats and give you an idea of the breeds your most drawn to. You can even comb through your favorite dogs by breed on this Stats page.
- Check out the pups you’ve loved at any time, see those you’ve passed on and track which rescue groups you’ve reached out to in your history!
- Once you sniff out the perfect new pack member get pre-approved to adopt!

Love app

the app helps a lot to find puppies a good home. i dont like the way it makes people x out the puppy or heart it. thats so sad. i feel so bad when i see all the homeless puppies in the app, and i don't really have resources to help out. i have a chihuahua hopefully i will be able to get another dog.

It Great However

as reading over some of the profiles some states won't ship the dogs; I find that discouraging for what happens to the dog if it can't find a home in that state. I know your concern for the safety of the dog but if the person is willing to pay extra or the cost for the dogs travel expenses you should really take it into consideration.

Love it... when it works

I love this app!! My only problem is that it hasn't been working! I have deleted and reinstalled it but it still doesn't work. I have expanded my search to 500 miles, to senior dogs, dogs of all sizes, still to no avail. I have even gone as far as to change my location! Nothing is working :( So sad... this is one of the best apps out there.

Never has any dogs

Never shows any dogs even with every setting set to maximum. The fact that it can't show a single dog within 500 miles is absurd

Terribly limited

I had to set age, size and distance to max, select all genders,etc. It then only found around 5 dogs, all of which over 100 miles from my location. I can get better and more specified results from a 5 minute Google search. Absolutely pathetic app. Deleted.
