Not awesome
I used the demo (which is supposed to have full functionality for 10 loans) to create a refi file. I can't put in an appraised value. It wants a purchase price and down payment, even after I change the loan type to refinance. Clearly there are bugs that have to be worked out. But that is a biggie.
