Luis Bu–uel had a surrealistic dream: a bar in New York with the most refined and exclusive cocktails. The price of the drinks would be so extravagantly expensive that when a client's bill reached a thousand dollars a waiter would blow a cannon shot (a ca–onazo"_) over Manhattan's skies, so no matter what time it was, everyone would know that someone has just spent that crazy amount on cocktails. The bar was to be called El Ca–onazo. It never opened.
