Doesn't work

I can't get past the login screen. After typing in my username and password I get an error message saying "we are unable to obtain the security questions needed to confirm your identity."

Laughable

Mobile app and online banking are outdated and very user unfriendly. Opened a CD and realize it was a mistake and we are done.

Won't let me log in

I use the right username and password but when it asks for my phone number it won't allow me to log on. I can log in online fine just not on the app.

PLEASE ENABLE TOUCH ID!!! APP SLOW!!!

What is it going to take to get a functioning reliable app? It's a hassle to type in your every time!! Life would be so much easier if you just enable Touch ID like other financial institutions mobile banking apps. Your app takes way to long to start up and half the time doesn't function correctly. If you want to keep priding yourself as everyone's favorite neighborhood bank FIX your App!!!
Launch Services
macOS Launch Services is an API that enables a running app to open other apps or their document files, similar to the Finder or the Dock.Launch Services eliminates apps having to query the Finder to open an app, document, or URL for them.
