Description:

Timer designed for referees...football specifically. Capabilities:
- Keep game time with single button Start/Stop
- Adjust time per quarter
- Keep up with Home/Visitor Timeouts
- Reset timer per QTR or per Game
- Record penalties. This is a great feature! An audio clip will be saved to your iPhone. If you are keeping time, your penalties will automatically be tagged to game time.
- Will notify you when time gets close to 2:00 and 1:00. Will notify when game is over.

Limitations as of the current Apple Watch software:
- Notifications and alarms are not able to be controlled as much as I like yet. This improvement will come when access to notifications improves.
- Would like to vibrate when starting/stopping, but cannot control vibrations through the watch kit yet

PLEASE use this as much as possible before the season so I can repair any possible bugs. Note that this is version 1 along with the 1st version of the Apple WatchKit, so I'm sure improvements will come.

Don't waste your $1.99

iPhone app closes when you click on master time, Every time. Apple Watch app won't load. Waste of $1.99. Don't buy!!

A good app that could easily be great

As a football official this app is useful, and has the potential to be great. Jonah, understanding that you cannot add vibrations to clock start/stop, what about just an audible beep for now, so I do not have to look at the watch everytime to know if the clock has started/stopped? Also, how about adding the capabilty to track the score of the game, captains names, and other data on the official's football card to allow us to throw away our pencils and cards once and for all? At a minimum for now, the audible beep for start/stop is a critical enhancement. Thanks!

Decent design, but seems to be glitchy

I think the general layout and design of this app is well conceived, but could be better and I'm sure it will with updates. My main frustration is that, in my experience of about 12 games, the timer function itself is unreliable. There have been several times when I know I stopped the clock for a timeout or injury, but when I attempt to resume the timer, the display will show a time as if it had continued to run or sometimes a seemingly random time will be shown. I would love to be able to store my own preset quarter lengths and timeout levels so that I do not have to constantly reset them. I am very hopeful that updates will come soon so that I do not have to search for an alternative app because I like the design, but I cannot rely on timer function of this app until that happens.

What I'm look for but needs work

I bought my Apple Watch and use it when ref football and lacrosse so I was excited when I found his app. It works better than other countdown timers out there but needs some improvements. Here's my suggestions: Watch doesn't sound alarm or vibrate at end of time. When timer is over, it doesn't reset. It stays a 0.00 and if you hit start, it starts counting up. I'd love to run a second timer for the 25 second clock. Give me ability to set the times on the iPhone app and have presets, instead of only being able to adjust on watch. I ref several levels from pop warner to high school and would like to be able to choose the time quickly. Lastly, when you hit the time out button, give a 1 minute countdown
