Terrible App
Tried to order three different times and never works

This app barely accomplishes anything
What a mess. The upside is that I build up a hunger as I am forced to log in (Everytime I open the app), and stumble my way around this disaster of a UI.

What a joke
Used the app to order and avoid the long lunch lines. Gave them an extra 5 minutes beyond the estimated time - and when I arrived they had no record of my order at all and took 20 minutes to sort it out based on the email confirmation on my phone. As far as I can tell, JustSalad is just not set up to accept orders through the app.

Rewards just got worse
The reward levels just got a lot worse across the board. The status levels perks are just ridiculously sad for how much you need to spend to attain them. The good perks are almost unattainable for customers who pretty regularly go to Just Salad. Might as well go to Fresh & Co. now.
