Get the BenefitBridge app and stay on top of your insurance benefits. This app gives you access to plan details for medical, dental, vision, life insurance – basically all the employee benefits you signed up for. The My Benefits section provides plan details like carrier and plan type.
Not sure if you have an HMO or PPO? Quickly find out using My Benefits. No need to carry your insurance cards around because you can view copies of your ID Cards. Simply take a photo of the front and back of the card and upload it.
Easily access doctor names and contact information in Provider Contacts. BenefitBridge in your pocket means all your plan details are with you, check co-pay amounts and deductibles, both in-network and out-of-network.
