It keeps telling me to download the update even though the app was already updated!

I used apple pay to check out the last time I made a large purchase using the Lily Pulitzer app. It shipped from four different stores. I had received everything except one shirt when I received a nasty collections email. Apparently they didn't know how to use Apple Pay, let a partial amount pend for too long, and billed it as a second purchase. They didn't have my CCV number on the back of my card and couldn't do it. Instead of sending an email asking me to contact them, or just not putting the package in the mail until the issue was resolved, they sent me a collections notice 1 hr after ups picked up the package. I had given them all the information they needed to bill me. It was ENTIRELY their mistake. When I called, after holding for several minutes, I politely asked why they didn't send an email explaining what had happened instead of a threat of collections. After all, honey catches more flies. The woman said "threats get the consumers attention". I was dumbstruck with her brazen and illogical excuse. (Threats only affect the people with a conscience. The ones that would try to keep what they hadn't paid for would be unaffected) I would think they would be organized enough to ship items AFTER they had billed for them. The clerk was rude. She hung up on me as soon as I had uttered the last digit on my credit card. I said have a nice day to a dial tone. I do not have the time, nor the inclination, to do business with a company that treats customers so poorly. Who has time to hold for eight minutes to pay for an item AGAIN?! I'm a 5th generation Floridian and Pulitzer patterns are a family tradition with my grandmothers, mothers, cousins, 5 siblings, nieces, even my in-laws... In one immediate family photo, we can easily spend 2k because of the size and proximity of our family members. Well, that tradition has died. I will not EVER shop there again. If they cannot treat customers well - even ones who spend thousands seasonally - imagine how contemptuous they are to the casual shopper?

Love lilly pulitzer SO MUCH! This app is great and it works very smoothly :) don't have any complaints, completely recommended!!

The app used to work. Now it won't accept your information. It just keeps saying log out and back in. Wish you could let me know when you actually get it working again.

I love Lilly Pulitzer's colorful prints, but I am getting tired of Apple allowing companies to release crappy apps that offer no value. These things should have an expiration date on them because this app is just another instance of some marketing director deciding to create an app that has cruddy navigation, doesn't know how to apply filters and is just a waste of time! Don't bother! Use the website instead!

Stickers should not be able to be posted on any texts but your own. Who's idea was this? Christ.
