MOVE Fitness & Wellness is a mind body studio with services that help people live a joyful life in a fit and healthy body. We offer private training in Pilates and the GYROTONIC Expansion System as well as a diverse schedule of group fitness classes including yoga, Pilates, HIIT, meditation, TRX, Bootcamp; massage and wellness coaching.
