It's taken a long time for Nymeo to become the blue-and-green-emblazoned credit union of the future. And 2014 also marks our 80th anniversary! (What did you get us?!) We recently made the shift in identity from COMSTAR FCU to Nymeo. From humble beginnings in 1933, our credit union has grown to 20,000+ members. As we move forward, we believe our new identity as Nymeo will allow us to change the way we do business and ensure not only that we'll be here in the next 80 years Ñ but that we will be a strong and viable institution. Doesn't even let me log in..I put in my username, then an error message appears. Even considered changing banks just to get a more technologically advanced/capable banking experience. This is BS. Are they ever going to update it to make it work...????

Not user friendly or intuitive

Not user friendly or intuitive. For line of credit, the available balance is shown rather than the outstanding balance. Have brought this to their attention several times over the last year and nothing is done. Makes the app useless.

Dissatisfied!

I thought updating my Nymeo banking app was a no brainer, as it turns out, it was a mistake! I can no longer transfer to my auto loan, rv loan, or credit card from savings or checking. Having so many accounts with Nymeo and only being able to transfer between checking and savings via the mobile app is ridiculous. I am very much looking forward to a mobile app solution, as neither I, nor my money will be leaving Nymeo. Please help.

Doesn't even let me log in..I put in my username, then it just asks me a ton of security questions. A lot of them are ones that I never even set up in the first place. Are they ever going to update it to make it work...????
