Bill pay is not good

For the most part I like this app. The worst part, for me, is the bill pay portion. When I want to pay a bill, I want to pay at the very latest, the next business day. The way this app works now is three business days. That needs to be fixed.

Obnoxious App!

Love the bank, love depositing online, Hate that I have to get an access code EVERY TIME I use the app even after indicating that I want to register my device. Only worth one star. Fix it and it's worth six!!!

Enough With Secure Access Codes!!!

App used to work just fine. For months now, I have had to have a secure access code texted (or called or e-mailed) to me EVERY single time I want to log on from my iPhone (and MacBook.) Rep says "it's because of Apple's updated security features with their newest iOS." I say it's because the CU obviously doesn't care enough to update their app to work with the current iOS. If you're going to offer an app; offer the tech to keep it up to date as well.

Freezes constantly, basically unusable.

Let me say that I love banking with CWCU and have had only positive experiences with them, but this app needs serious work. I can log in, see my accounts and balances, and press the account I want to look at, but at that point the app hangs on the "Loading" screen for about 3 minutes, after which it either closes or displays a "Unknown error" screen. Please correct this- I want to use the app!

Unbelievably Bad App

The original app wouldn't load, was slow when it did load, wasn't intuitive and was a huge disappointment. Having said that, this update is even worse. I am stunned that over half the time I can't even get to the login screen!! This app is so bad I am seriously considering switching credit unions. It seems like you would have to intentionally make an app this bad. There are times I need to make transfers and I can't log in and do it. They discontinued their phone service, so there is no way to transfer money if you don't have access to a computer. I literally hate this app.

Because the Finder performs no additional processing beyond calling Launch Services, any client using Launch Services for these purposes behaves identically to the Finder.
