Extremely slow, then it crashes, every time. There is no point in keeping this app. As incredibly buggy as this app is, I have little confidence that the developer has the competence to safeguard data and personal information.

Just took out a third loan with OneMain/previously SpringLeaf and have a perfect payment history with all loans paid in full within 6 months of open. Absolutely the worst "app" I've come across for any even halfway decent financial institution. Constantly freezes with the OneMain logo spinning, any profile updates are not saved and you can't even see payment history on a loan. You can sure as hell make a payment though which says where this banks priorities are. The local branch has been great to deal with, but whoever is responsible for this so called "app" do us all a favor and get rid of it until it's actually worth using. Extremely disappointing for such a large organization to have such a remedial and non-functioning "app"! I'll definitely keep this in mind should I ever consider future business!! COMPLETE FAILURE and OneMain should be ashamed to call this their official "app"!!

Probably one of the worst apps I've ever had, half the time the app doesn't load. The times it does load financial information is not up to date and the balance is incorrect. If you need up to date information wth this company you need to either go to the office or request monthly paper statements not the online or app crap. I cannot wait to be done with this loan through this horrible company.

Forget about this and go to the companies website, seriously. One star cause I had no options.........

I'm joining the group of people writing an app review for the first time as this is truly not worth your time and frustration.

This app is the most pointless app I've seen. How can you create an app that doesn't even tell you your payment due date or the principal amount owed on your loan? Seems shady to me just like this company. Can't wait to get out of this loan.
