Peoplewave is a cloud-based HR software company that is revolutionizing people management with data-driven, transparent feedback. PeoplewaveÍs first core product is a customer-centric performance appraisal system, where the line manager is at armsÍ-length from the process. ItÍs a monthly 30-second feedback tool that is given by customers to that employee. It focuses on what matters - likeability, trust, skills, suitability for the role and on-the-job performance. The second product reinvents the on-boarding process and new hire probation period. The ñfirst 100 daysî tool captures weekly feedback on the employee from their stakeholders every week. The employee and their boss know exactly where they stand and what help and support is needed for new team members to succeed. Our Story Peoplewave was born out of a deep frustration. Many smart and good people have become victims of corporate restructures, biased decision-making or been unfairly treated. The sad truth is that most managers are poorly trained in people management or have simply been thrust into these roles without guidance, mentoring or adequate support. At the same time, Human Resources teams often donÍt play an active role in managing employees. The HR function has become overworked, compliance-driven and too focused on talent acquisition _ not employee development and people management. Peoplewave was created to fix this. Launched in Singapore in January 2017 with a simple goal, to put people first in people management.
