Waste of time

Forgotten password function just says password wrong. How do I enter my print subscription details?

Useless

I paid for a years subscription for this magazine but still couldn't download the October issue unless I paid additional £2.99. Now the December issue is not even available to download, despite it being the 29th December and AppStore showing it available from the 18th December. Definitely would not subscribe again. Why as subscribers do we have to wait a month, after the publishing release date, for the edition to become available to download?

Can't use

Despite the ad in the ski club mag saying that Ski Club members can get the on-line mag as part of their membership, there's no instruction on how to do this. Not a lot of use until we know how to subscribe.
